Dynamic and fantastical, Everything Everything tells the story of a girl named Madeline cloistered from the world due to SCID, an immunodeficiency disorder. In short, she’s allergic to everything. Having never left the sanctuary of her home, Madeline is transfixed by the outside. A few days following her 18th birthday, Madeline sees a boy her age move in next door. Much like the damsel, Rapunzel, curiosity and circumstance lead her to come in contact with the boy, Oliver. She soon realizes that it is foolish to have a romantic interest and puts her defenses up, but the walls come crashing down after she meets him in person, and her life is forever changed.
