On Friday, January 29th, many people from both inside and outside our community gathered to celebrate and appreciate a myriad of cultures during Collegiate’s annual Multicultural Dinner, otherwise known as the Taste of the World. It was a night filled with fun for the whole family, as everyone young and old enjoyed the event. Many expressed their exuberance on social media with the hashtag #TOTW2016. With great food and even greater performers, the night was very successful. We had some extremely talented groups, including flamenco dancers and African drummers. Children from the Lower school performed, as did the Upper School Strings Ensemble and the cast of Grease. Not to mention our very own Bassam Hussein's wonderful art was on display in Alumni Hall! Thank you to Monsieur Rucker and his committee for making this night so wonderful! Below are some photos highlighting some of the magic of that night.
